- Experience as a chef
- Good knife skills and food preparation skills
- Quality conscious, detail oriented and thorough
- Creative and motivated
- Good English skills
- Ability to work well under the pressure
- You must be scrupulous in your workOur highest priority is to deliver excellent food and service to our guests.
In order to succeed in the role, you must have several years of relevant experience as a sushi chef and team leader.
You must be motivated and ready for challenges, have large ambitions for yourself and colleagues and be a stable person.

Our Concept

In addition to sushi, we serve meat and fish from our robata grill, as well as exciting drinks. In this way, we have created a contemporary Japanese Fusion concept.
