

Do you want to lead the development of our SAP CRM solutions?
As our new Tech Lead CRM, you will have the overall responsibility for the technical aspects of Coop’s SAP CRM and SAP Marketing solutions. In combination with other technologies, we’re certain that SAP will play a central role in our core solutions for customers and co-owners moving forward, thus we are looking for a technologist who can see the possibilities that lie within this domain. Relevant one-to-one communication and personalized membership offer to our 1,9 million co-owners have a central role in our customer strategy, and we hope that you are triggered by defining what modern SAP CRM should look like in one of Norway’s most successful retail and consumer goods operators.
We believe your day to day will look like this:
- Lead the technical development of SAP CRM and SAP Marketing in Coop together with our developers and other key resources
- Foster a holistic perspective with a good understanding of business needs by being in close dialogue with users, product teams, and other relevant stakeholders
- Act as a solution architect within the SAP CRM/Marketing area by ensuring a sustainable, customer-centric development with continuous due diligence of our solutions
- Be up to date and have a proactive approach to the scope of possibilities for current systems and platforms
- Have a hands-on approach to development and our solutions by sitting down both alone and with other developers to solve real problems
- Communicate the value of technical solutions through prototyping and POCs
- Stay up to date on relevant references and relations to other companies with similar needs as Coop
We think you have some of the following:
- Deep technical expertise within SAP in addition to good functional knowledge within these systems
- You have a strong background as an SAP developer using ABAP on development and/or implementation projects (good technical competence within OData and REST can compensate for this)
- Experience with digital customer communication, loyalty programs, and use of customer data for insight products
- You are analytic and solution-oriented with the ability to understand and familiarize yourself with complex business processes
- Good understanding of GDPR, privacy, and consent legislation
- You thrive as an initiator in agile environments and are pragmatic and enjoy working with others towards a common goal
- You are a lifelong learner with a natural curiosity towards your field of expertise by staying up to date
- Experience from the retail industry is a plus, but not a requirement
We also believe you will need the following:
- 3+ years experience as a developer/tech lead/architect within SAP with a strong track record related to this
- Full professional written and verbal English, Norwegian is also a plus
- Relevant higher education at BSc/MSc level or similar, particularly relevant work experience can compensate for this
