We are now looking to expand our family with more waiters, chefs and bartenders for the upcoming summer. We are looking for seasonal workers with the possibility for a full time job.

To understand what it means to work at Huset Sandefjord, you need to get an idea of what we are aiming for.

Every guest who enters the restaurant will find something they like on the menu. Children and family’s, people who never go out and those who visit every week. We serve main stream/comfort food, but also more creative cuisine inspired from all parts of the world.

As a chef you will have varying working day, with both preparations, lunch and evening A la carte, as well as bigger parties. You have to like to work at a high pace and have a passion for food.

We are looking for chefs who understands the importance of following recipes and serve the same quality to each guest.

You are flexible, open minded, and a good team player.

As a waiter the most important job will be to make sure our guests are taken well care of. We want them to feel like home. We always greet them with a smile, and no matter who is leaving first, the guests or your self, we will say good bye and wish them a good rest of the day.

We are looking for waiters with both lot and less experience serving food and drinks. With an open, energetic and smiling character, and a team player attitude you will fit right in. Shifts will vary between weekends, lunch and dinner/evening/night service. We already have a great team who looks after each other like family, and we have more room to spare for more family summer members.

We need some good bartenders who can make cocktails and drinks at a high speed. We follow recipes to make sure that the drinks tastes the same every time, no matter who makes them. We are looking for a bartender who keeps the bar clean, make sure the stations are nice and ready. Our bartenders need to be teem players, and help out where it will be necessary. This could be answering the phone, greet guests, go out with both food and drinks to the guests. We don't mess with traditional drinks, but we love creative ideas and trying out new tastes and techniques, so if you have some you bring some :)

Want to be a runner?

As a runner, your job is to "run" with food and drinks to the tables. You clean tables, talk to guests, help out every where you are needed. The runner is the waiter and bartenders right hand, absolutely necessary to make the job done.
