About work
Bartender's duties:
As a bartender, you will be responsible for service and operations in the bar on your shift. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas in the bar appear inviting and presentable at all times.
You must have a passion for the profession and care about the quality of your work. A desire to learn will be central.
As a bartender with us, you must enjoy hectic days, and be able to handle stressful situations in a way that does not affect you, your colleagues, or the guests.
Communication with guests and colleagues is important, therefore proficiency in English or a Scandinavian language is a key factor for this position.
As a bartender, you must want and be willing to work weekends and evenings.

Are happy, outgoing, present, and smiling in your approach to other people, around guests and colleagues
Has a natural interest in learning
Has a high working capacity and is very service-oriented
A good team player with a positive mind and constructive attitude
Is structured, stable, and flexible in your attitude to work

About Hundholmen
You can come here as you are, whether you're dressed in a suit or jeans, and enjoy tasty food and home-brewed beer. When you enter Hundholmen's universe, you are greeted by a rough, tough, and informal atmosphere.
Our venue spans over two floors and houses a bar, restaurant, pub, and last but not least – a brewery!
On the second floor, there is a separate bar, two shuffleboards, a Chambre Séparée for up to 30 people, and a brewery. Our beer is produced here, and our ambition is to offer 3-4 different types of beer in-house at all times. At weekends, we often have a DJ playing, ensuring the atmosphere is just right.
The restaurant is on the first floor, here we offer a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts from our à la carte menu. For larger groups and special occasions, we can recommend "The Taste of Hundholmen", a 5-course tasting menu with the best from our kitchen right now - according to season and availability. In the pub, we offer a separate menu, consisting of rough flavors and good traditional food made from scratch. All our menus are updated frequently and always contain elements of local ingredients.
