Short about "Bjørk"
Bjørk is an Italian-inspired restaurant, centrally located in Glasshuset in Bodø. With us, you can follow the pizza chefs in action from morning to night, and we can offer a varied menu consisting of stone oven-baked pizza, homemade pasta, grilled dishes from our Josper charcoal grill, fresh salads and sweet desserts. The dishes are carefully composed, and largely consist of good local ingredients.
The restaurant has several departments with outdoor seating, a bar, function rooms and meeting facilities. Here you can enjoy a cozy and informal atmosphere that is just as suitable for everyday life as it is for slightly larger occasions.

Bjørk er en italienskinspirert restaurant, sentralt plassert i Glasshuset i Bodø. Hos oss kan du følge pizzakokkene i aksjon fra morgen til kveld, og vi kan tilby en variert meny bestående av steinovnsbakt pizza, hjemmelaget pasta, grillretter fra vår Josper kullgrill, friske salater og søte desserter. Rettene er nøye sammensatt, og består i stor grad av gode lokale råvarer.
