Mamma Pizza is hiring bar manager

In 2015, Mamma Pizza Osteria Italiana opened its first restaurant in the center of Oslo, and in 2022, Osteria De Mare opened in Vika.

Mamma Pizza was founded by siblings Luca and Davide from Bologna City in 2012. When their younger sister Alice arrived in Oslo in 2019, it marked the beginning of what would become one of Oslo's most well-known and lively Italian restaurants.

With a desire to offer Norway an authentic Italian dining experience, they draw upon their memories and lessons from their grandmother's culinary skills. The siblings grew up in Bologna, also known as the food capital of Italy.

As the bar manager at Mamma Pizza Dronningens gate, you have the opportunity to work with highly knowledgeable leaders and collectively provide guests with the genuine, authentic Italian experience at every level. Quality and authenticity are paramount at Mamma Pizza. You must have a strong interest in Italian bar and cuisine. You will receive thorough training in product knowledge.

The role and qualifications:

We are looking for an initiator of a vibrant and passionate service culture, thriving in working in a social environment. A leaders is aperson who shares information and knowledge to foster a strong, successful team. We prefer you have experience from leadership in previous roles. You will also be responsilbe of ordering goods to the bar, and monthly counting.
