We are looking for an organized and proactive Personnel Coordinator to help manage staffing operations across multiple industries, including retail, hospitality, health, and offshore services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on logistics, people interaction, and smooth coordination.

You’ll support the full employee cycle—from onboarding and shift planning to timesheet follow-up and day-to-day support. It’s a hands-on, people-first role that keeps our workforce moving and our clients satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing assignments and maintain daily shift schedules

• Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires

• Maintain regular contact with employees and address questions or issues

• Ensure up-to-date employee records, certifications, and availability

• Communicate with clients to confirm staffing needs and feedback

• Monitor attendance, report deviations, and support payroll with timesheet accuracy

• Help resolve minor workplace issues and escalate when necessary

• Support recruitment and planning with availability and performance insights

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in coordination, scheduling, HR support, or staffing is preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English

• Comfortable using digital tools (staffing systems, spreadsheets, etc.)

• Positive, service-minded attitude and ability to juggle tasks

• Familiarity with labor laws and HSE routines is a plus

• Able to work independently, but collaborate across teams
