We seek professional and people-oriented Receptionists to support client sites across Oslo. Whether it’s welcoming guests, answering phones, or coordinating schedules, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone and keeping things organized at the front line of each business.

This role suits someone who enjoys multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and being the helpful, reliable face that keeps operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, or patients in a warm and professional manner

• Answer calls, manage emails, and handle switchboards where applicable

• Coordinate appointments, meeting rooms, or waiting lists

• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area

• Register guests or deliveries, issue access cards/passes as needed

• Support light administrative tasks: scanning, printing, data entry

• Handle inquiries and direct them to the right person or department

• Follow site-specific security or confidentiality routines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or administration is preferred

• Friendly, well-groomed, and calm under pressure

• Strong verbal and written communication in Norwegian and/or English

• Comfortable using phones, email, booking systems, or CRM tools

• Punctual, structured, and service-minded

• Able to adapt to different environments (offices, clinics, hotels, etc.)
